With James and I both home during the days (except when he’s on shift at the fire station every third day) we often struggle with planning for lunch. I’m so used to writing my grocery list around dinner that most times I forget to plan for lunch! I’ve started keeping a bag or two of this Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Chicken and it has been a life-saver. It’s flavorful, convenient, and perfect served as-is or with delicious sides.
Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Chicken is found in the frozen foods aisle and comes in a variety of bold flavors and convenient cuts (boneless and bone-in thighs, wings, drumsticks, tenders, and chunks). The Lemon Herb is my go-to, but the Buffalo Ranch, Zesty Herbs and Spice, and Bourbon BBQ all sound wonderful. I would love to try the Korean Style!
Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Chicken brings flavorful convenience to the dinner table as a meal solution for Weeknight Dinner. This Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken recipe takes less than twenty minutes to throw together because the lemon herb chicken is already seasoned and ready to heat. Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Chicken is grilled over an open fire to sear in the flavor, giving you juicy, tender chicken
I’ve tried a few different recipes for Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken but they always seem to come up short. I don’t like roasting lemons on the sheet pan with the chicken and broccoli because I find they turn too bitter from the pith. Other recipes require marinating beforehand (which I always forget to do) and don’t seem to hold enough of the lemon flavor.
Thanks to the already seasoned Lemon Herb Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Chicken, I don’t have to worry about marinating or much prep work at all! I like to serve this dish over rice with an extra lemon slice or two in case the broccoli needs a little more zip. This Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken recipe is easy enough for lunch and quick enough for dinner.
