Bake the Pillsbury Ready To Bake Sugar Cookies as directed.
Allow the cookies to cool completely, and carefully use a star cookie cutter to press out the center of each cookie.
Place the cookies on a small cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and spoon into a plastic bag.
Cut off the tip of the bag and slowly flood the inside star of each cookie.
Immediately cover with sprinkles.
Place in the refrigerator to set.
Once fully set, gently shake off any excess sprinkles.

I cooked the cookies to the full baking time. I melted my candy melts 30 seconds full power, stir, 30 seconds half power, stir. Tip for filling the stars: start at the edges and work your way in.
