Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust
  • 1 chicken breast shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp green onions diced
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Red Pepper Flakes optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spray or grease a 13x9x2 baking pan (I used parchment paper) and roll out the dough.
  • Press into pan and up the sides about 1/2 in.
  • Top with alfredo sauce, garlic, salt and pepper, chicken, and cheese.
  • Bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and top with tomatoes and green onions.

Notes

We like to sprinkle with red pepper flakes for some added heat. I also like to run butter around the edge of the crust and sprinkle with sea salt.
