Ingredients

, cut in 1-inch chunks

V-8 juice

barbecue sauce

Salt and pepper

Instructions
Place all ingredients (except potatoes) in a freezer bag, mix well, freeze until ready.
When ready to cook, add diced potatoes.
Cook on high 6-7 hours or low for 8-9 hours.
Notes
When freezing, be sure to write on bag: "Add 4 cups diced potatoes. Cook on high 6-7 hours or low for 8-9 hours."
