Ingredients
Cream Cheese Mixture

package cream cheese
softened

caramel sauce

Caramel Sauce

light brown sugar
packed

heavy whipping cream
½
cup
unsalted butter
1 stick

teaspoon
salt

tablespoons
vanilla extract
Topping
Heath English Toffee Bits
found in the baking aisle or chop a candy bar into small pieces
Instructions
Caramel Sauce
In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, salt and heavy whipping cream.
Bring to boil and cook stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Set aside to cool slightly.
Cream Cheese Mixture
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar and cinnamon until smooth.
Add 1/2 cup of the caramel sauce and beat until smooth.
Assembly
Add cream cheese mixture to serving bowl or jar.
Place in refrigerator to chill about 15-20 minutes.
Spoon remaining caramel sauce over cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with desired amount of toffee bits and serve immediately.
Store leftovers in refrigerator.
Notes
Serve with apples, cookies, graham cracker sticks, nuts, etc.
