Ingredients

  • 15 oz garbanzo beans drained
  • 4 oz feta crumbled
  • 4 oz roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or high-powered blender.

Notes

Add more water as needed to reach desired consistency.  Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and feta crumbles.
