Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat butter, peanut butter, and sugars until creamy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, blending until a smooth creamed mixture.
Stir in the M&M's.
Drop by cookie scoop onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake 10-13 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
