  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 large strawberries roughly chopped
  • Kosher salt


  • Using an electric mixer, beat the butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Add the strawberries and beat on low speed to incorporate.
  • Transfer to a small bowl.
