  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves packed


  • Roughly chop the mint leaves.
  • Add the water, sugar, and mint to a medium pot over medium heat.
  • Stir constantly until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Strain the liquid to remove and discard the leaves.
