Caramelized Pecan Brie Bites
These Caramelized Pecan Brie Bites are full of creamy brie and topped with sugary sweet pecans for the perfect bite-size, individual appetizer!

- 12 individual Puff Pastry
- 1 wheel brie cheese
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup light
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup chopped pecan pieces
Prepare the Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Cups as directed on package.
Use a small melon baller or spoon to scoop out 12 round pieces of brie.
Combine the brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Once dissolved, allow the mixture to cook for 2 minutes without stirring.
Remove from heat, and stir in salt, baking soda, and pecans.
Insert the brie into each cup as soon as they are removed from the oven.
Top with a spoonful of warm pecan mixture.
