Ingredients

  • 12 individual Puff Pastry
  • 1 wheel brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup light
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecan pieces

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Cups as directed on package.
  • Use a small melon baller or spoon to scoop out 12 round pieces of brie.
  • Combine the brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  • Once dissolved, allow the mixture to cook for 2 minutes without stirring.
  • Remove from heat, and stir in salt, baking soda, and pecans.
  • Insert the brie into each cup as soon as they are removed from the oven.
  • Top with a spoonful of warm pecan mixture.
  • Serve immediately.
