Even if you don’t watch football regularly (like myself) you probably will still be watching the Super Bowl this weekend, if for nothing else but the commercials. I didn’t grow up in a football fanatic family, but I still have a few fun memories of watching games, usually on Thanksgiving, at my Mia’s house.
So whether you’re team is playing on Sunday or not, one thing we can all agree on is snacks. And I’ve got the quintessential party food staple for you right here.
All you need is two ingredients and five minutes to queso bliss. Chips optional, spoons welcome. The secret to the best queso ever is the meltiness of the cheese. I’m not sure if meltiness is a word, but it’s for sure the secret to perfectly smooth queso.
