I was invited to shop the JBF sale and share about my awesome finds, but all opinions are my own.
Yesterday I had an opportunity to get my shop on with several other local bloggers at the Just Between Friends Dallas sale. This was my first time shopping at JBF; and I felt unprepared compared to the seasoned shoppers, hint: wear comfortable shoes, bring a large bag or tote, and come with a list!
It looks a little overwhelming when you first walk in (there is SO much stuff!) but the wonderful volunteers do a great job sorting everything by size and grouping like toys together. JBF has been holding this sale for 12 years now, and this was the biggest one yet with over 750 consignors!
There were rows and rows of toys and racks and racks of clothes! My kiddos are pretty set with clothes right now, so my mission was mostly looking for Christmas presents. I did find a Christmas dress for both the girls- I love the smocking on Sophia’s (and only $10!)
I also found four pairs of shoes for the girls! A pair of Nike’s and Disney Minnie Mouse shoes for Sophia, and a pair of the cutest black and silver sparkly leopard Toms and pink leopard tennis shoes for Isabella. Sometimes she is SO hard to shop for, especially for shoes, but I knew I hit it out of the park with both of these!
All in all, I spent $106 and got a lot of great stuff at an even better price! I’m putting away the Doc McStuffins doctor kit (brand new!) and the Barbie karaoke machine for Christmas!
JBF Dallas is held at the Mesquite Rodeo Exhibit Hall and will be open to the public Thursday through Sunday! Thursday, Friday, and Saturday they are open 10a-6p; with a $3 admission on Thursday only. Sunday you can take advantage of half-price shopping from noon to 6pm.
Have you ever attended a sale like this? What was your biggest deal?
