Chocolate Raspberry Yogurt Pie Parfait

I’m always looking for ways to get my kiddos to clean their plates or finish their meals.  I’ve learned one “trick” to accomplishing this is presentation!  I’ve noticed that my kids love when I make fun lunches and snacks, and this Chocolate Raspberry Yogurt Pie Parfait is no exception.  It’s rich and creamy raspberry flavor with hints of chocolate and graham cracker “crust” is a hit every time.

Yogurt is one of our favorite summer time snacks- it’s cool and refreshing, packed with protein and under 100 calories (depending on the flavor).  My oldest loves to pick out her own at Walmart- she’s just about tried every flavor of Yoplait Original and Yoplait Light.  My youngest loves all of the Greek varieties.

I add crushed graham cracker cookies and ripe red raspberries to these yogurt parfaits, topped with whipped cream of course, for an extra special no-bake treat.
